What a beautiful day here on the north east coast! I was feeling full of energy and it is no wonder with the 9 hours of sleep I logged last night 👏. I honestly slept like a baby and am feeling the obvious results of the equation:
Fruits + Veggies= Energy
Energy + Excersice = Sleep
Energy + Sleep = 😀
Hot yoga kicked my bottom today but I pushed through and am glad I did. Started cleaning my flower beds out a bit and broke the rake with my super He-Man super strength💪
Feeling good & loving life…. and to that I am grateful👍
