Woke up to a beautiful morning (feature pic). Started my day with a good old bowl of oats and berries:
Not hungry, noticing not craving carbs. Lots of snacking today on fruits and veggies with really no appetite.
Ordered pizza tonight for the family but snacked on carrots and snap peas. Had some wine with our neighbor and noticed to my coaches point that if you put out veggies they wil magically disappear:
Am grateful for friends, family and community.
