Appetite is back today, and I was ready to do more than just snacking for breakfast. Enjoyed an Amy’s veggie burger in a wrap, topped with portobello mushrooms, fresh salsa and mustard along with hot ginger water.
Snacked on oranges and Dr. Furhman’s Tomatoe Bisque for lunch.
Took a drive with the family in the afternoon and ended up at Chipolte for dinner. Had a veggie salad topped with roasted peppers, beans, salsa, guac and sofritas which is chili peppered tofu (feature pic). A bit of a splurge with sodium:
