Had a light breakfast today of ginger water, fruit and coffee.
Enjoyed a huge salad for lunch topped with hemp & chia seeds. I have been mixing berries into the almond raisan balsamic vinegarette dressing. So tasty! Brought some over to my mom who is starting to get around a little better now 💜.
Made veggie pizza for dinner (wheat crust) with just a sprinkle of feta cheese (feature picture). First time without mozzarella and liked it! Made a separate meat and cheese pie for family plus we all had a nice salad of greens, veggies and sprouts.
Up to over an hour of spinning now and loving it! 💪
Am grateful for life, imagination, and new beginnings.
