New Beginnings:  Day 42

Looking forward to tonight’s cooking class at Pro-Activity.

Had another light breakfast today of fruit and ginger water.  Made a veggie wrap for lunch:

  

For dinner, I steamed a whole bunch of veggies, tofu, seeds, & quinoa seasoned ole style plus mixed in some salsa to serve.  Yummy!!:

  

  

Grateful for new found energy, faith, family and friends 💜
