New Beginnings:  Day 27

 Breakfast

Steel cut oats w/ banana, Pomegranite seeds, handful raisins and cinnamon.

Lunch 

Feature picture- made some delicious veggie soup in 15 minutes in my new pressure cooker.  So flavorful!  Delicious.  I used the sauté setting on the pressure cooker to cook my onions, carrots, garlic, sweet peppers and spinach down before adding in Bob’s Red Mill veggie soup mix and 6 cups water for 15 mins of high pressure.  Going to make my vegan meatballs over black bean pasta tomorrow in it.

Snack

Dinner

Spinach burger with sautéed onions and mushrooms, tomatoe and mustard.  Used Ezekial Sprouted English Muffin.  Very good.

Move

45 minutes of spinning today + met the 10,000 steps goal according to my Fitbit.  Went over my target caloric intake yesterday promoting greater awareness today.  Ended up being under today.  Going to take some time to adjust here.  Curious whether 1,657 is a good daily goal (question for coach).

Am grateful for my husband, children and today’s sunshine ☀️
