New Beginnings: Day 3

Very cold in the Northeast today. Hot Yoga was just what was needed to get going! Today I reflected upon the fact that after 3 days, my sweet tooth seems under control. And, I have most definitely satisfied my homework of filling up on fruits and veggies.

Afternoon Snack
Broccoli Slaw w/ rice vinegar, raisins, beets
1 banana

Slaw was ok, think I might mix in some quinoa for lunch tomorrow.

-Fill yourself with as many fruits and veggies as you can. ✅
-Drink more water (glass before you eat). ✅
-🔜Observe media assignments
-Reflect upon goals and motivators ✅
-Get creative; think about ways to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. ✅

I am thankful for my family, friends, hot yoga and new beginnings ❄️
