Very cold in the Northeast today. Hot Yoga was just what was needed to get going! Today I reflected upon the fact that after 3 days, my sweet tooth seems under control. And, I have most definitely satisfied my homework of filling up on fruits and veggies.
Broccoli Slaw w/ rice vinegar, raisins, beets
Slaw was ok, think I might mix in some quinoa for lunch tomorrow.
-Fill yourself with as many fruits and veggies as you can. ✅
